Order Processing & Delivery

Once your confirmed order is received, we arrange delivery through our logistics network across Pakistan.

Please note:

While we strive for fast delivery, unexpected factors such as weather conditions, law and order situations, public holidays, or regional restrictions may cause delays. However, we make every possible effort to process and dispatch your order quickly because we understand how important it is for you to receive your items promptly.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and valid billing/shipping address when placing your order.

Delivery Information

• Orders are delivered through our logistics network.
• A signature may be required upon delivery.
• If someone authorized by you receives and signs for the parcel at the provided address, the delivery will be considered complete.
• If your home address is unattended, we recommend providing your work or an alternate address for delivery.
• Same-day delivery may be available in select cities, depending on product availability and delivery location.

Delivery Days: Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays.

Important Notes

• Once the package has been delivered to the provided address, it cannot be rerouted.
• Self-pickup may be available from our warehouse in Islamabad. Please contact us for details.
