Warranty Terms

Defective Products

Customers must report any defective product to our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Warranty Period

All electrical goods come with a 1-month warranty from the date of delivery.

Repair First Policy

During the warranty period, defective products will be repaired first.

If the item cannot be repaired, it will be replaced, subject to stock availability.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty is void if:

• The product has been tampered with.
• Repair has been attempted by the customer before sending the product to the TRUSTSHOPII.PK warehouse.
• The product has not been used according to the manual or instructions provided.

Warranty Expiration

Repair or replacement requests will not be entertained after the warranty period expires.

Product Components & Spare Parts

No Extra Attachments Provided

We only provide attachments that come with the original product. No additional or custom attachments are supplied.

Spare Parts Policy

No loose spare parts will be provided separately during the warranty period.

Return & Replacement Conditions

Mishandling Disclaimer

TRUSTSHOPII.PK is not responsible for products damaged due to negligence, misuse, improper handling, or damage during transit.

No Refunds During Warranty

We do not issue refunds during the warranty period if the product is repairable or replaceable.

Return Process & Charges

For warranty claims, the product must be sent to our warehouse by the customer at their own expense.

If the warranty claim is valid, return shipping costs will be covered by TRUSTSHOPII.PK.

For product returns for reasons other than warranty, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the original invoice amount.
