Warranty Terms & Conditions

Defective Product Notification

Any defective product must be reported to our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

All electrical products come with a 1-month warranty from the date of receipt by the customer.

Repair First Policy

During the warranty period, products will be repaired first. If the product cannot be repaired, it may be replaced, depending on stock availability at that time.

Warranty Voided If Tampered

Warranty will be void if:

• The product has been tampered with.
• Repair has been attempted by the customer before the product reaches the TRUSTSHOPII.PK warehouse.

Proper Usage Required

Warranty will also be void if the product is not used according to the instructions or manual provided with the product.

Warranty Expiry

Repair or replacement requests will not be entertained after the warranty period has expired.

Additional Terms

No Extra Attachments Provided

TRUSTSHOPII.PK does not supply additional attachments or accessories beyond what is originally included with the product.

No Loose Spare Parts Supplied

We do not provide loose or separate spare parts during the warranty period.

Customer Mishandling or Transit Damage

TRUSTSHOPII.PK is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Negligence or mishandling by the customer
• Improper use of the product
• Damage occurring during transit

Refund Policy During Warranty

No refunds will be issued during the warranty period if the product is repairable or replaceable.

Return Process & Charges

For warranty claims:

• The product must be sent to the TRUSTSHOPII.PK warehouse by the customer at their own cost.
• If the warranty claim is valid, return shipping charges will be covered by TRUSTSHOPII.PK.

Return Deductions

If a product is returned for any reason other than a valid warranty claim, a 30% deduction will be applied based on the original invoice price.
