Warranty Terms & Conditions

Defective Product Notification

Any defective item must be reported to our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Warranty Duration

All electrical products come with a 1-month warranty from the date of receipt.

Repair Policy

Products under warranty will be repaired first.

If repair is not possible, the item will be replaced, subject to stock availability.

Warranty Voids If:

• The product has been tampered with or repaired by the customer before it reaches our warehouse.
• The product is not used according to the instructions/manual provided.

Warranty Expiry

No repair or replacement requests will be entertained after the warranty period expires.

Product & Parts Policy

No Extra Attachments

Only the original attachments included with the product will be provided. No additional or separate parts will be supplied.

No Loose Spare Parts Supplied

Spare parts are not available separately during the warranty period.

Important Return & Responsibility Terms

Mishandling or Transit Damage

TRUSTSHOPII.PK is not responsible for products damaged due to customer negligence or mishandling during use or shipping.

No Refunds If Repair/Replacement Is Possible

During the warranty period, refunds will not be issued if the product can be repaired or replaced.

Return Procedure & Costs

Products must be delivered to the TRUSTSHOPII.PK warehouse by the customer at their own expense.

If the warranty claim is valid, return shipping charges will be covered by TRUSTSHOPII.PK.

For non-warranty returns, 30% of the original invoice amount will be deducted as restocking/processing fees.
